add-on for vote

Can anyone make an add-on for guests to vote? This feature was on phpbb and I don't think it's impossible to arrange it for Xenforo. There is an add-on almost like that, but it is not for vote.

I would love this. Been wanting it for a while. I would rather not have a third-party site for important community votes, or another software ran on my site that doesn't have the ability to allow members to type in a thread while still allowing guests to vote.

I think this permission should be applicable to guest polls or unregistered users. did you try?

Guests cannot vote on polls, react to content, and a few other things.

The user group permissions exist because that group also covers members who have not confirmed their accounts.

It's extremely unfortunate that they can't. I've seen a couple addons, i think, but I can't confirm if they work on 2.2.15, since I can't afford even a $10 addon right now.
