Other Add-on copyright ownership

I recently developed a plugin for XF2 which I've been wanting to upload to Github.

Does anyone know if uploading addon code to Github is against Xenforo's TOS? Additionally, who would own the copyright for the addon's code?

I imagine I would own the copyright for the code itself, but I'm not so sure about the files that Xenforo generates in the _output folder.

If it's your code, you own it and can do what you want with it and set the copyright as you wish.

Right, but does that apply to the files in _output since these are generated by Xenforo and store the addons event listeners, phrases, etc?
