Add new CSS template

I want to add a new CSS template called extra2.css

Do I now need to edit the PAGE_CONTAINER template and add the template name to:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css.php?css=xenforo,form,public&amp;style={xen:urlencode $_styleId}&amp;d={$visitorStyle.last_modified_date}" />

Or will XenForo automatically detect this new template?

You will need to include the template using, e.g. <xen:require css="cta.css" />
