Duplicate Add Multiquote to PCs

I'm finding that I use mult-user PCs more and more. Why not add multi-quote to PCs similar to regular threads except for limiting quoted bits to the PC they originate in? This plus the new enhancements to replying would be awesome!

Yes, being able to use the 1.4 quote system and add this into a PC reply, and also to a NEW message, would be a great addition.
