Add favicon near the http bar

    Hello,

    How can I add a favicon near the http bar please cause I added a favicon 3 days ago but nothing appears there but well on the tab ?

    If you're sure the favicon has been uploaded correctly on your server, just give it a little while or try clearing your entire browser data. Favicons are weird about updating on browser tabs and bookmarks. Just ask @Tracy Perry.

    Everything is ok on the tab so on the browser but not near the bar.
    I forgot to add the att.

    Favicons don't display in the address bar.

    Yes, they do. Many browsers have simply changed from a live URL to using the site domain when browsing, so you don't see it unless you click into the URL bar, like:

    It depends on the browser used, some do and some don't.

    As you can see @Maru, your browser places it into the tab instead. Favicon's nowadays are normally inserted in three sizes, not the old 16x16 only, due to how browsers are handling them. You can link them all in the head section with ease, and they will be used accordingly.
