Mike XenForo developer Staff member Jan 19, 2011 #3 Fair enough - worth noting that ctype is a core part of PHP and has to be explicitly disabled, so this shouldn't be very common. (Up until 5.3, you could even disable PCRE if you wanted to as well.)
