Not planned Add an option for "must refund" when removing buyer from buyers list on a premium resource.

The title says it all.

Basically, we're worried about developers (resource owners) scamming - and the only way to avoid this would be to force people to refund said buyer before removing them from the buyer's list.

I/e Someone tries to remove a buyer and they get an error message along the lines of "Must refund [insert paypal] before removing".

How would this be tracked though, as paid resources only link to an external site, and don't allow direct purchasing?

You could easily track the paypal email used to make the purchase (add another column in purchases table etc.) , then use the RefundAPI from there to check if it has been refunded

Yes, but resources don't directly support purchasing resources. How would they track the PayPal email used to make a purchase if you can't make purchases from the resource manager?

As stated this isn't viable because XFRM itself doesn't handle any payments.
