For the longest time I didn't know the template editor had additional capability. Then one of the developers told me a lot of the missing stuff is there like when you press CTRL F and the search feature comes up. I will start out by saying I have not yet looked to see if those commands are documented in the XF2 manual.
I guess the obvious question is why haven’t some of these hidden features been utilized by adding at least one or more extra buttons so that people like me who didn’t know they were there can use them? Like adding one, two, or 3 extra buttons for dummies instead of just Save and Save and Exit only.
The one below is a perfect example. Pressing CTRL F brings up the search feature. Adding a Search button for this would help.
And it highlights the search word everywhere.
