XF 1.2 Adaptable theme

I create a theme for my forum and I would like to know how to make it adaptable to screen for tablets or mobile?

I can say that theme is useless.
Xf 1.2.x is already fully responsive.
@Ben' if you customized your theme just adjust the css, use built-in responsive class and other built in xenforo css class.
To retain the responsive feature of XenForo.

On the topic of it being useless.... not if you are on 1.1.5 < it isn't. That's one of your only alternatives. Not everybody is on 1.2.x series.
