XF 1.5 Ad between posts in a thread

I am currently using the ad_message_below template for an add, but it looks too much like the ad is part of the message.

Is there a way of placing an ad between the replies in a thread?

The ad_message_below template is the correct template for inserting between replies in a thread.

If you want to make the ads stand out more, you can apply styling to suit.

Thanks, but I think all that does is place the ad in the ad_message_below template.
