XF 2.1 Activation of Push Notifications

Hi, how do I activate Push Notifications in the admin GUI?

Setup > Options > User alerts and notifications

There is also usergroup permissions. Groups & permissions > Usergroup permissions, in the selected groups ensure that the "Use push notifications" permission is set to Yes.
