XF 1.1 ACP showing a blank page

Everytime I try to go to my ACP it keeps on showing a blank white page. My site is seemingly working fine, but I can't get access to the ACP. I also enabled debug mode to see if any errors pop up, but they don't. It's just a blank page.

Any help would be appreciated

Definitely has something to do with that but adding this line

ini_set('display_errors', true);

Didn't really make a difference sadly, it's still a blank page error.

But I do believe it's because an addon was interrupted when it was uninstalling.

Maybe it got stuck when it was rebuilding the admin templates.
