Lack of interest ACP notice if listenersystem is disabled

it would be nice, if xf would show a notice(maybe in footer) that the event listener system is disabled via config.php

I run into a problem, that a customer added

$config['enableListeners'] = false;

to his confg.php .

I installed the add-on, it was active but we didn't see anything and it was "impossible" to find the problem. After several hours i saw the line in his config.php

He said that he have no idea

Probably he had some problems and he read it here and didn't remove the line later, or somebody else added it as "quick and dirty" support
