Fixed Code tag styling ignored when style variation is disabled

When the style variation feature is disabled, the CODE tag incorrectly applies system-defined colors instead of the intended styles.

Although it should display differently, here's what it looks like with the light theme variation enabled

But on a dark one, and even such eye-catching colors, it is advisable to change

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.1).

Change log:
Only process the color scheme mixin when variations are enabled
