Confirmed ACP navigation does not scroll to the active item

Open an ACP page whose active navigation item is below the visible area (e.g. /admin.php?logs/sitemap/)

Actual: The navigation stays at the top leaving the active item out of view

Expected: The sidebar scrolls just enough to reveal the active item on page load
