Too late, I uninstalled -- I don't bother with an addon when the author's support is this bad.

Did you go to his website where you downloaded the add-on and post your problem there? What I've noticed is some developers don't check back here on xenforo very often, but they usally reply back pretty fast if you post your issue on their site.

Nope. If the developer doesn't bother to pay attention here then they shouldn't be listing addons for sale here IMO
