XF 1.2 Account Upgrade Purchase and Subscribe Options?

I'd like to give my users the option of a one time upgrade or a reoccurring subscription, but it looks unprofessional having each upgrade listed twice, along with all their benefits. Is there a way to put the subscribe button next to the purchase button? Maybe just create the reoccuring subscriptions as well, to keep them separate, but edit the template to add the button next to the purchase button?

You would need to manually design the template to your needs, I think.
