please see picture below, how do i make the layout equal on the dropdown

It seems you can't make it equal since there's a non-dividable number of items, but you could move Account Upgrades and one more item to the left. In situations likes this, having more items on the left is generally more aesthetically pleasing.

how can i move them? also the logout needs moving next to the "show online status"

Edit the navigation_visitor_tab template and move them around to your liking.
