RM 1.0 Access permissions per cat to be added?

Question for Kier and Mike - are you going to add access permissions to RM Categories?

It's a bit worrying to throw the RM open to even trusted members as authors with everything being public.
I would think this applies also to certain kinds of downloads or sales.

Permissions would provide

- public resources/ articles
- resources/ articles viewable only by members
- resources/ articles viewable by a selected usergroup (member's own for example)
- draft status resources/ articles in a draft category
