Accepting money

Hello, I wondered if there are any restrictions on gaining money.

For example I'd make it so only "partners' are able to have a signature and one is a partner when they buy that title. Are such things allowed?

It's because I'll try to to gain the money back I'll invest in getting to forum up and from there on have a pretty stable income, enough to keep my community going while I study (since I don't have a job).

There are no restrictions as far as your idea goes, actually there are some built in features that help accomplish this for you. Reading the terms of service may be a good idea though.
