XF 2.0 About Private Messages

Why are not private messages deleted by all users? You just leave without talking. The database is growing too

Once all participants have left the conversation, it should be removed from the database.

I know. Such information can be sent by E-mail. Can not delete normal / standard private messages? I want users to delete private messages. This database grows very large.

Once all participants leave the conversation, it is deleted.

In that case, like the suggestion I linked you to, that is the only way to get something possibly added into the core. Other than that, you would need a add-on to accomplish what you are looking for.
