Is this an addon, if yes how it’s work and how this will help my forum ?

You need the paid XF addon and you need to install the free Elasticsearch service, min 7.

How To Install Elasticsearch 7.x for Xenforo​


This is tutorial for installing (not upgrading) elasticsearch 7 on centos.
If I am missing something, please post here.

Delete first old one if you have installed and install fresh new one elasticsearch v7
Code: 
yum remove elasticsearch

Installing elasticsearch 7

Code: 
rpm --import https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch
Code: 
nano /etc/yum.repos.d/elasticsearch.repo
insert this:

[elasticsearch]
name=Elasticsearch repository for 7.x packages...

I would say not that it can't but they won't...
Never heard of a VPS that cannot run the Elasticsearch service as long as it meets the minimum requirements.
What are your VPS specs?

If your host does allow you to install elasticsearch, once you have purchased XFES you can post in the dedicated forum for support.

Thread 'Who do you use for hosting?'

Right now I'm using namecheaps stellar plan but its almost time to renew or find a different plan (looking at hostingers offerings right now). That said who do you use for hosting & what plan did you go with?
