Fixed Ability to Hide menus occurs on desktop

Hiding menus like Help, Account, etc. on mobile makes sense and improves usability / responsiveness, but doing it on desktop is just odd... Surely you can figure out some nifty JavaScript to make that a mobile only feature?

If this is [As Designed], I kindly request it be moved to suggestions.

I've fixed this now, hopefully in a fairly generic way. That said, if you start resizing your browser when it's hidden (for example) you might get it into some weird states, but I'm not really worried about that.
