Lack of interest Ability to exclude forum by ID for widgets

It's currently only possible to exclude a forum by using the "forum limit list". The problem with this is that as soon as you add a new forum, you'll have to remember to update that list manually. We have quite a lot of forums and expand with new ones regularly, and it's become something of a hassle.

This wouldn't be an issue if it was possible to simply exclude forums by adding their ID.
