Negative filter option - the ability to exclude prefixes / tags from the filtered list view

As per this post, I'd like to suggest a facility for negative filtering, that is removing things from the filtered view instead of including them.

In the example post I wanted to remove all 'Unmaintained' resources from the list so I could "see the wood for the trees" and view only the active / maintained add-ons.
