Ability to be given or purchase "moods"

Here's the idea...

I was wanting to do something similar to XenMoods but replace the moods with various player jersey nameplates (which I've done). But I'd like to reserve certain players for members to purchase with [bd] bank or be awards as trophies or gifts.

Anyone know if this is possible?
