A ton of pages with redirect

I did see Google going crazy before, so it could be just Google, but I've noticed a sharp incline in the number of "pages with redirect" Google seems to be finding (and not indexing, which is good, they should not be indexed).

If I try to test a page, it gives a 303 redirect, for example:

Not sure if I should do anything about this, but I did notice it.

This has come up elsewhere, but we already nofollow the links and noindex the pages. This may be better addressed with larger changes to CSRF validation and our usage of non-idempotent GET requests, but in the meantime it's best to just add these pages to your robots.txt.
