A nulled XF sitemaster reposted my addons without my permission.

The following three addons were what I initially written and posted to the XenForo official community.

However, the webmaster of a nulled English XenForo forum reposted my addons to their community without my written permission.
(This should be done by myself.)

I sent him complaint to remove my addons ASAP. (Now they removed that. I may repost them on my behalf in the future.)

It is me who decide where I want to post, and it should always be me who post my addons to my chosen place.

Yes it is up to you, but people do pirate addons. For every site you find, there are ten others.

.it's the internet. What was published on the Internet ceases to be yours. Of course, you can apply to the courts and other instances, but this is useless in my opinion. You will not sue all sites)
I’m not saying that you don’t have to fight it, I just say that it doesn’t need to be surprised and upset about it)

I lived in Japan for a while after college so your first add-on caught my eye. Nice work helping others save a little money when they need to in order to survive.

Have you heard that being copied is a form of admiration? Your add-ons must be valued. (y)

Those reposts didn't credit my name. Now they removed that, hence being excused for now.
Regardless the nature of their site, at least it is me who should be the poster.

Note that the "Chinese & Japanese search using NGRAM only" plugin may compromise the accuracy of searching English contents.

(I am studying film music composition in Japan.)

We all agree that only you should be allowed to post your addons but there will (and probably are other sites right now) be sites that will post your addons and won't even remove them if you do complain. Sometimes there's just nothing that can be done.

Why don't you open a site yourself and publish your plugins from there?

@ShikiSuen why are you posting your addons and participating on nulled sites?
I only post some of my things there because I don't want them to post my addons (on their behalves) without my permission.
I don't pirate XF and other people's works.

P.S.: I assume that:
1. everything you downloaded from XF official community have records on XF's server.
2. every official distro you downloaded from XF user portal has fingerprints.
3. my moral underline won't excuse me to crack XF.

My chance of knowing XenForo was to test a null build from a vBulletin chat group, and I know XF is powerful, hence my immediate purchase of XF2 for my site (switching off vBulletin 3.8).

P.P.S.: I am reconsidering whether I should still post my new works on that site. This depends on too much factors which may affect my passive evaluation to the characteristics of their moderation team (including their sitemaster).

Maybe from now on I release fully-functional paid addons on XF official community only, and put functionally-reduced ones on the another. Only CSS power-users can benefit from the latter. If, at that time, their moderation team or sitemaster did something disappointing to me, then I guess it is my time to pull myself back from there.

(I urge people not to mention the name of any nulled site in this thread.)

Honestly, by posting and supporting on such sites is as bad as them stealing and reposting addons.

Do you realize they also distribute nulled copies of XF? Do you know how much money they are ripping out of developers pockets by sharing paid addons, styles and software?

It’s not a good think that you are doing, it is a slap in the face of every other developer that has their work stolen and shared by piracy.

That's why I also reported them at https://xenforo.com/contact/ (click "piracy".)
It is still under XenForo official's discretion to let them die fast or slow.

They can not do anything about that site. It is hosted offshore.

You really should remove you addons from pirate sites and not post them there and support them stealing money from people’s pockets.

Still, here is another question.
Isn't there any other little way to convert / courage at lease some of null users to become genuine users? (as much as possible.)

Yes, it was a bad idea. You are basically condoning them by supporting them.

Just for a FYI, just one of my paid addons that is listed there has been downloaded 55 times, taking $2700 out of my pocket. They is just one of 15 of my paid addons.
