I have a few Questions about the Bulltin Software.

• Is there a warning System for User?
• is there a German translation (founded)
• Can I buy that System from Germany
• What is with Plugins, can everyone devlop easy plugins and is there a good code dokumentation?
• Is there a phpBB Importer?

1. Theres a modification for a warning/infraction system.
2. XenForo can be purchased if you live in Germany.
3. The plugin system has a learning curve but is probably the easiest system I've seen, and the most robust. There isn't official documentation for it yet though the community has shared information that is helpful and the code is commented well.
4. Currently there is no phpBB importer.

You can import to vB or IPB first and then XenForo.
I went via vB to import my phpBB forum.
