[8wayRun.Com] XenPorta (Portal)

Alright, really stupid question time.

Can someone remind me how to administrate the portal so that I can edit modules? I can't remember how to access them for the life of me. I can't remember the link to administrate them at all.

The old system had them in <yoursite>/portal/modules. The newer version has them in the AdminCP under the Home tab.

Hey, Im pretty new to Xenforo, im use to VB, I installed Xenporta everything looks fine apart I don't know how to make the zenporta appear on my homepage which would be, for exmaple, www.yoursitehere.com. How may I do that?

I installed xenforo in /forum directory
That is why you get an extra /forum even when you enable that option since your install directory is /forum. If it would have been the root directory you wouldn't get the /forum along with it.
http://www.havoccraft.com/forum <- that link is the landing page of your forum (Home/index).
http://www.havoccraft.com/forum/index.php?forum/ <- that is your actual forum.

So XenPorta is doing what it's supposed to do, acting as the index to your forum. The index to your /forum directory is the place where your portal is showing.

so, should I reinstall xenforo but not put the files into a /forum directory?

Is there a way to keep the traditional start page category/forum listing but with the News block on top and other side bar etc....
