XF 1.1 500 internal server error (how to view the error log)

    I seemed to get this when I tried to install an add on and the page must have timed out:

    How can I fix this, or even access the server error logs to work out what caused this?

    The server loads are somewhat server-setup dependent. If you've got cPanel, you can probably view them there. It is worth checking the server error logs in XenForo's control panel though as well.

    Unfortunately, they aren't showing up within the server error log of cpanel. Contacted host. Can't really look at error logs if no access to the ACP is available either.

    UPDATE: The host fixed the issue within 22 minutes of sending a ticket in. Yay.

    @Mike, This is what the problem was:

    'ZendGuardLoader' - is this needed for XF?
