        RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example.com [NC]
        RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.com/$1 [L,R=301]

# If you are having problems with the rewrite rules, remove the "#" from the

#RewriteBase /xenforo

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -l [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
RewriteRule ^.*$ - [NC,L]
RewriteRule ^(data/|js/|styles/|install/|favicon\.ico|crossdomain\.xml|robots\.txt) - [NC,L]
RewriteRule ^.*$ index.php [NC,L]
</IfModule>
As normal, back your working one up and replace with this one... and replace example.com with your domain name.
And to confirm, the filename IS .htaccess and it's in the same directory that XenForo is installed in?

i have my htacess now so:
is that right?

Looks like it is.. just make sure the file is .htaccess
I've got to head out and help a client with a FAX issue on their clinical software so I won't be checking back in after about 20 minutes from now.
