Worked perfectly fine before migration, but after the cPanel migration from old host, all but homepage is giving 404 errors. Database & files are exactly the same as on old host.

Looks like the link in your signature is totally broken but I don’t know if it’s just DNS propagation delays and pointing at your old host?
Either way, what you have described sounds like mod_rewrite isn’t enabled and therefore friendly URLs are no longer working.

That is possible. I have reverted some DNS changes. We'll see if that helps.
Server uses Litespeed, not normal apache. Does that support mod_rewrite?
Edit: It is enabled they said.
