Add-on 3rd Party Download add-on

I don't know if this add-on exist or not.

How it's going to work.

• Admin, Moderators and a new Usergroup can use the add-on if granted with permissions.

• When they create a topic. They will have the option to provide a screenshot of what the download is providing.
• A box provided to type the URL. So, when the thread is posted. It will let them know that it is hosted by a 3rd party and it's approved by a staff member or whatever the group members is offering.

I could use the RM. However, because we cannot host ROMs in our server. It wouldn't work unless we can direct them to a download (3rd party link). As he/she clicks away. It will let them know that he/she is leaving the website to another party to obtain a download.

You sure can, try adding a resource on here:

http://xenforo.com/community/resources/add

Don't submit it of course but ;p, hit add and choose a category, you'll see the options for the files:
