I lit my wood stove 40 minutes ago and the temperature gauge says 350 degrees... come on 600 degrees!

I would say I feel bad for you .... but when you still have heat after the power goes out...I will be trying to figure out how to power the blower on my pellet stove :-/ ...I miss my old fireplace.

Thanks, but a good friend of mine is WETT certified, :)

550 degrees, wahoo! 50 more degrees and I'm shutting it down, I just wanted to get the chill out of the house.
