And with that said I'd sue. I'd sue them until either they were bankrupt or I was bored. And if they thought 1 review was bad... They'd love my public and well broadcasted documentation of the whole thing as it continued to unfold. As is the case it would seem this one seems to be turning out to be.

The real crime here is that a company can put such a negative mark on a credit report for an obviously bogus reason.
