[25517] Username Badges - Custom username badges

This add-on allows you to display a Font Awesome icon next to a username.
Optionally, you can assign a tooltip that appears when hovering over the icon.

The icon is displayed everywhere the username appears, except for direct links.

Icons can be assigned either to user groups or to individual users.
A user-specific icon overrides both the icon and tooltip defined for user group.
If icon is not set for a user, the icon will be applied according to the "display styling priority" rule...
