Fixed Support for YouTube Live URL embedding

We've got users trying to embed YouTube Live videos into posts and XenForo doesn't recognize the new URL format.

YouTube Live URL format (can't be embedded):
https://www.youtube.com/live/gUM2wYKdxDA

Shortened YT URL for the same video (can be embedded):
https://youtu.be/gUM2wYKdxDA
