1. When editing a phrase you should be returned to the edited phrase not the list, this makes it difficult to re-edit it as you have to search for it again.

2. User Progression Ladder - needs to be listed in the HELP section

In terms of number 1, that is already implemented. Just click "Save and Reload" and you will be returned back to the phrase. Even so, you wouldn't have to search for it again, you could just use your browser's back button.

As for number 2, this may be a valid suggestion, but only one suggestion should be posted per thread, and you should use a descriptive title. Without that, your suggestion will almost certainly be overlooked.
 
The back button workaround only applies to editing existing phrases (which is the use case you specifically called out in your suggestion), but regardless there's the "Save and Reload" button which takes you back to the newly created/edited phrase so just use that.
 
@Chris D , Understood but what I'm trying to say is the "back button workaround" does not work...
