XF 2.3 2.3.8 stuck at site being updated

I have updated the forum and the upgrade was done. I've clicked on the "Enter the forum" link and I got Site is being updated.

Rebuilding master data fixed it.

I've licked on the "Enter the froum" link

maybe licking did not provide enough force?

My staging board updated without issues but my main board hd the same problem.

Ran the cli version of rebuilding master data and that also fixed my problem.
