XF 2.2 2.3.0 beta Convert pre-existing style to have alternate light/dark mode

(NB: I selected 2.2 as a prefix was necessary but this is 2.3 question)

Do I need to start a style from scratch in order to have weight/dark switching or can I apply it to an existing style I made before 2.3?

I note that the alternate option is not available for my existing styles.

This is not available on may exiting styles


So can the existing style be converted somehow?

You can enable variations for a style by clicking on it in the styles list
