XF 2.1 2.1.9 patch - unexpected contents

Hi, today I overwrote this file src/XF/Payment/PayPal.php as instructed by Xenforo, but now my forum file health check up sent me the following warning:

Re-run check
Check completed on 5.152 files. We found some problems with the following files. Please resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Then you need run full upgrade without replace one files.

Yes. Let the full automated update run for 2.1.9. Otherwise it is comparing the file contents to what is expects to see for 2.1.8 (or whatever version you are currently running).

I see. My forum is quite large so I avoid updating regularly, unless it's a critical issue. In this case, does anyone know if I can just keep the new file and ignore this warning? I plan to update in the future, but would be better if I could wait for a version with more features.

Yes, as you know you personally edited/replaced the file, the warning can be ignored.
