Outdated templates not merging:



forum_list and parent in Default theme are identical - merge warning won't remove, and when clicking "merge" this generates an error:

Historical template information is only kept for a certain amount of time. This very often points to that template being outdated from before (and potentially further outdated by this update).

You'll likely need to manually apply any changes.

The test site was only installed in September - the default XF theme should be from that period, and it's been through any updates released since. forum_list in the default XF theme and the customised theme are identical.

I can't see any manual changes to apply - am I missing something?

I don't know what level of customization your template would've had from before. If you compare it to the default version and there are no changes, then you should just revert your customized version so that any future updates will be applied automatically.

There are no customisations, and I have reverted it - hence the bug report as an FYI. I'm not looking for troubleshooting at all.
