Implemented [2.0] Static header

It would be great if with the 2.0 release we will have a static header, similar to Facebook design. Basically, when I scroll down a page, I would like to have part of the header visible with the search box available.

I agree this would be nice. there is an addon that makes the navigation bar "sticky"
