13,000 in Moderation Queue

We just recently transferred our database from vBulletin. I was testing out a moderator to see if moderation alerts were working correctly as there were posts I had seen that needed moderation but didnt show up in the queue most likely due to the transfer. So I set a section of our forum to require moderation on all posts to test out the moderation queue...

It looks like it automatically pulled all the posts into moderation queue, not just new ones. Now when trying to click on the moderation queue I get:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 209715200 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49546962 bytes) in /home/scooterr/public_html/xenforo/library/XenForo/Template/Abstract.php(265) : eval()'d code on line80

Now that we know that the moderation queue does in fact work, is there a way to clear up the moderation queue through an administrator?

We did turn off the moderation of every post in the forum, but the queue still remains.
