Other 1 Add-On license. Number of installs?

If I purchase a Add-On and requires it for several websites running Xenforo. Will I be required to purchase additional copy of Add-On for each website or with just 1 purchase of Add-On I can install it on several websites running Xenforo?

Depends on the addon developer. As for the official XF2 addons, only one site per license.

Generally yes, but there is some out there that do not care. That is why it is best to check the licensing agreement with each developer.
