XF 1.2 [1.2 Beta 3] @Username tagging does not alert

Oh, I tried it at my own installation and it happens there too.

I had "Vincent" add a tag with Vincent2 and there was no alert for Vincent2:

Check your group permissions to ensure that you have permission to tag users (> 0 in the max taggable permission).

@Mike yeah, thank you. Don't understand why option "Maximum taggable users per message:" set to "0" by deafault...
This is no bug any more

I'm having the same problem after upgrading to 1.2 RC 1. I had set "Unlimited" for "Maximum taggable users per message:"

Any suggestion?
