caching

For those who have tried either Redis Guest Page Caching, Cloudflare Guest Page Caching or another guest page caching solution... What is your experience? Much of a performance change? Have you tried different caching options and found benefits of one solution over another?

I tried to find this and cannot. Where do I change / remove the caching site overall? Ran into some issues, that seem to be cached issues. (Not my browser, cuz it doesn't happen elsewhere). Test: I had a username that I had added to the "no use" list.... I needed to create a test user to make...

I mentioned in my last thread that I'm interested in starting a Xenforo community. Speed is an important factor in 2021. Is there any caching add-on and tutorial available for 2021? I see [bd] Cache is there but it's unmaintained. Any other solution?

Apologies if I've missed something really obvious, but what are the settings that are needed for config.php in XF2 to enable Memcached as the back end cache? I've tried searching, but only Redis comes up in the results. Thanks :)
