• Option fields in tournament add/edit doesn't automatically hide if only manual type is allowed in category

Corrected bugs:

• In round robin, color are incorrect when one of the score is above 10.

• Hide of field "Play third place match" for tournament modes different from single elimination and double elimination

• Underline after roster club icon when hovering icon in participants list

• Usernames and team names in tournament bracket are now clickable and redirect to profile or roster page
