In short, if someone adds a tag to an article, and later someone clicks on that tag in the article, it should only bring back results from the articles section. Same for media, threads, etc.
The idea is great but on a large forum it seems impossible to run on all the content. It also has no cron job so this has to be a manual thing that needs to be done each time. I had to remove it from my forum after playing extensively with it and finding no real way to implement it on all my content.
I think you didn't try it fully. The non automated way is for the existing threads and it has an automated way to auto add.
Also, there is an automated mechanism implemented that works upon content insertion.
Good add-on does what it's intended to do. Can be improved on how accurate it is but is still accurate for the most part. Never have to add a tag manually on your own again. Also set tags for threads already made with tag generator.
